I'm pretty sure there is no legal recourse against a game that has buxom women in it tbh. The worst that can happen is an MA rating, which is still unlikely given that actual toplessness has not been discussed, nor has the introduction of brutal avatar-on-avatar violence. And what's an MA rating really mean for a game that requires a credit card to play, anyway? Don't you have to be 18 to own a credit card?

Getting roasted inside the exploding pod will do more than singe a few eyebrows. The combined effect of exposure to extreme heat, followed by exposure to nil heat (out in the vacuum) would have a pretty powerful effect on the many parts of the body, most noticeably the skin.
